Contemporary Artist

Raphael Sueder is an artist from Germany. He began working with letterings and spraypaint in the age of 12.

He studied Fine Arts at Ludwig Maximilian University Munich and works currently in his studio in Munich.

Raphaels paintings are inspired by nature and his work as a cinematographer (DOP) on commercials, documentaries and passion projects internationally. His art is about the freezing of moving compositions

he sees in his daily environments. The factor of time is an important asset to his work.

Accordingly to his background in graffiti, mural paintings, video art and live performance art,

full body movement is an important factor of his painting process.
